Shikkar grosses Rs 8 crore, Mohanlal back on top

The M Padmakumar film has grossed about Rs 8 crore in just two weeks, informed distributor Max Lab. Mohanlal's risky stunts, a beautiful climax and Samuthirakkani's power-packed performance are the highlights of the gripping thriller.

'Pranchiyettan and the Saint' and 'Elsamma Enna Penkutty' are also doing good business at the B.O. These two films have grossed Rs 3 crore and Rs 3.15 crore respectively. In 'Pranchiyettan', it is Mammootty's natural emoting that made the difference. Ranjith's different treatment of the film also came for great appreciation.
