Malayalam super stars Mohanlal and Suresh Gopi were last seen together in veteran director Fazil's National award winning psycho-thriller Manichitrathazhu (1993). Though Suresh Gopi later acted alongside Mohanlal in Twenty:20 and Pakal Nakshathrangal, their scenes together were few. After a gap of 16 years, they will soon team up again to don two full-fledged roles in director Sajeev Paravoor's new flick.
Noted scriptwriter S.N. Swamy has penned the script and story. This untitled an investigative thriller will be produced by Arun Nair and Shan under the banner of Line of Colours. Suresh Gopi appears as father of two children and Mohanlal as a criminal lawyer named Surya Narayanan.
The shoot will begin in July at Thiruvananthapuram and Nagarcoil. Also in the cast are Suraj, Biju Menon, Jagathy and others. Giresh Puthencerry has penned the lyrics and M. Jayachandran has scored the music. Sukumar will wield the camera.
