After getting a lot of applause for his stage endeavours like ‘Karnabharam’ and ‘Chayamukhy’, Superstar Mohanlal is all set to play the emotional chaos of Kalidasa, the legendary poet. This new characterisations by the versatile actor will be a part of adapting ONV's ‘Ujjaini’, to stage. Lal will play a multitude of characters in this drama. Mukesh and his troupe who were the producers of his ‘Chayamukhy’ will also come together for this theatre production.
